RESIDENTIAL PROJECT
We teamed up with Pro-Start Construction on this stunning residential build in Electra Street, Williamstown designed with high-end finishes and smart home functionality from top to bottom.
This project featured a striking cathedral ceiling, which gave us the opportunity to install custom lighting and fittings that made a real statement. We carefully planned the lighting layout to enhance the height and angles of the ceiling, creating a bright, open feel throughout the home.
Our scope included full home automation lighting, power, and motorised blinds all controlled at the touch of a button. Feature lighting was used to highlight key areas and add warmth and depth to the clean, modern design.
From rough-in to final fit-off, we worked closely with the builder and client to ensure everything was installed with precision and finished to the highest standard. The result is a smart, stylish home that’s as functional as it is beautiful.
