We partnered with Pro-Start Constructions on this high-end architectural build in White Street, Williamstown, delivering a detailed and custom electrical fit-out to complement the home’s unique design features.
The property showcases rammed earth walls, polished concrete floors, copper-lined kitchen cabinetry, and a separate studio dwelling with three-phase power, all requiring precise coordination and finish.
Our work included the installation of architecturally specified lighting, electric window systems, custom ceiling fan through a detailed ceiling rose, multiple split systems, electric heating, hydraulic in-slab heating, and a new three-phase underground supply to the property. Every element was installed with care to align with the clean, modern aesthetic and high-performance standards of the build.
