Elphin Street, Newport Residential Project

We had the pleasure of working alongside Pro-Start Constructions on this beautifully designed custom home in Elphin Street, Newport. This project featured a carefully planned architectural lighting setup that highlights the home’s modern design while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout.

Our team completed the installation of sleek ceiling fans, a premium induction cooktop and oven, and an electric hot water unit, all integrated seamlessly for both function and style. LED strip lighting was fitted inside cupboards to enhance visibility and add a stylish, high-end finish.

We used the Hager Finesse Series throughout the home for a clean, contemporary look, and installed smoke alarms in line with the latest safety standards. The result is a sophisticated and energy-efficient electrical fit-out that matches the quality and craftsmanship of this stunning custom build.
